As part of the recently held OneFPA Chapter Leaders Conference (CLC) on November 6, a recorded update was provided to all attendees on the progress made on OneFPA Network implementation through a beta test with 11 FPA chapters. The update (below) touches on all core aspects of the OneFPA Network plan and vision, including centralized functionality (technology, staffing, and financial reporting) and increased participatory governance through the OneFPA Advisory Council. The update also includes the views of a chapter leader and chapter executive participating in the beta test.
The video was one part of the update at CLC. The second part was an open Town Hall, where chapter leaders were encouraged to ask questions of those leading the OneFPA Network beta test and implementation. An upcoming post on this blog will address some of the questions we received during the Town Hall and provide links to additional information and resources. That post is coming soon!
