Introducing the Draft OneFPA Network Beta-Test Application Package
One of the key tenets of the OneFPA Network is Participatory Governance, which will enable all stakeholders to contribute to FPA’s viability, strength, impact and relevance for current and future members and volunteers. In the Second Iteration of the OneFPA Network Draft Plan, we outlined the opportunity to beta-test the concept of centralized functionality over the course of two-years with 10 FPA chapters that apply to participate. This beta-test will allow for deeper collaboration with the beta-test chapters to assess the efficacy of the OneFPA Network vision in the areas of technology, accounting/finance reporting and staffing functions before assessing whether aspects of the beta-test should be implemented system-wide.
